We all desire friendship and connection and when we are deprived on this basic need we start looking elsewhere. We try to fill the void with alcohol, drugs, food etc. as a substitute of the love we so deeply long for.

Movement is an essential aspect of life and affects everything, from circulation to digestion to metabolism to immunity. With movement, our bodies detoxify, regulate hormone levels and help our respiratory system. It is more than just ‘exercise’ and doesn’t automatically demand effort or struggle.
On my retreats you can expect FUN movement with a mix of Yoga, HIIT and Dance.
Ceremony and rituals have long played a vital and essential role in many cultures. Spirituality is an integral part of our very being and a significant part for finding meaning with life.
For me, this part of the practice is where we reconnect with our Spirit; our Highest Self, to gain clarity, inspiration and purpose.
We do this by clearing stagnant and negative energy through smudging, breathwork and meditation.
